Ruling on running between Safa and Marwa
Sa’i between Safa and Marwa is one of the rites of Hajj and Umrah, which should not be overlooked. Hajj or Umrah is not valid without a saa’i between Safa and Marwa, and the four schools of jurisprudence have agreed on that, as God Almighty said in the wise remembrance: {Indeed, Safa and Al-Marwa are The rituals of God.}[10] The Sunnah also indicated that saa’i is a ritual that must be performed during Hajj and Umrah, where the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “God has decreed saa’ for you, so make it.”[11] Sa’i is an obligatory pillar for both the pilgrim and the pilgrim, and as for the one who is not a pilgrim or a pilgrim, it is not prescribed for him to voluntarily perform the quest between Safa and Marwa, and God knows best.[12]
How to go between Safa and Marwa
The sa’i between al-Safa and al-Marwah is by starting the saa’i from Mount al-Safa to Mount al-Marwah. If the pilgrim or the pilgrim arrives on Mount al-Marwah, this is one circuit, meaning that the going is a circuit and the return is a circuit, so the Muslim completes the quest until he concludes the seven circuits by reaching Mount al-Marwah, and the Muslim does not forget during the journey. Seeking remembrance of God Almighty and supplication.[13]

Doaa circumambulating the Kaaba
The Holy Qur’an or the blessed Prophetic Sunnah did not mention any specific supplications or remembrances that a Muslim would say when circumambulating the honorable Kaaba, and a Muslim could supplicate whatever he wanted, and mentioning God Almighty what he wanted with what was permissible for him, so he does not transgress in the supplication and does not mention anything that involves sin or severing ties of kinship. And he has to adhere to the conditions of supplication, but it has been proven in the blessed Sunnah that it is desirable for a Muslim to conclude each of the seven circuits of the circumambulation with the Almighty’s saying: {And among them are those who say: Our Lord![14] This is what the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to say, and God knows best.[15]
